Clear Expectations

Cancellations

We process orders swiftly to ensure your rituals reach you without delay. Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot cancel or recall the package.

Replacements

Replacements are strictly limited and honored only under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged during transit.
  • You received the wrong product entirely.
  • There is a clear manufacturing defect.

How to Request

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and provide:

  • Your order number.
  • An unboxing video showing the package being opened.
  • Clear photographs of the product and the issue.
  • Confirmation that the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Refund Process

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
